研究方向主要包括:1)发展高质量的多肽分子(荧光)探针,研究蛋白质分子的功能;2)以荧光分子探针为工具,研究肿瘤细胞表面的化学性质(如氧化还原性质等);3)基于细胞内外微环境差异,构建响应型的分子递送系统,提高多肽等分子探针或药物分子的进细胞效率; 4)开展蛋白质分子相互作用识别机制研究,为发展高质量的多肽分子探针提供理论指导。
