研究方向:

本课题组主要开展化学、材料、药学以及生物医学等领域的交叉课题研究,致力于解决生物医学等前沿领域所面临的基础化学难题。

研究方向主要包括:i)多肽、核酸、蛋白质等生物分子的化学功能化修饰,提高其在细胞或生物体内的生物活性和利用率;ii)新型纳米载体、纳米探针的设计合成和表面功能化修饰,及其在药物释放和生命分析等领域中的应用;iii)探索癌细胞表面及内部(如细胞质、内涵体以及溶酶体等)的化学微环境,如氧化还原性、pH值、酶活性等,为新型药物释放系统以及活化型高灵敏度生物成像探针的设计合成提供理论基础和指导。
